DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For an ordinary load, 1/2 capful for an ordinary load, 3/4 capful for an extra-large or particularly filthy load of clothing.

USES: Formulated to be low sudsing, making it safe to use in HE top loading and front loading washing machines.
